Wiseacre
Memphis, TN
A new 43,000-square-foot brewery, warehouse, taproom, and outdoor beer garden for Wiseacre Brewing on the edge of downtown Memphis. This project links South Main to South City and turns a regular metal building into a unique urban landmark with art installations, a large front porch, and a translucent facade that lights up at night.
My role in this project encompassed the comprehensive development and documentation of interior architecture and design of the tap room, staff quarters and offices, and interior and exterior public spaces. This included selections of finishes and plumbing elements, along with in-depth collaboration with the client's art director to ensure seamless graphic concept integration. All furniture was done by a third party source.
Old Dominick Distillery

D. Canale & Co., a food and drink distributor in Memphis for 140 years, has turned a 1920s warehouse into a whiskey and vodka distillery. The facility includes a modern distillery with barrel storage and aging areas, plus a visitor space to learn about Old Dominick and D. Canale's history. This area features a tasting room, gift shop, event spaces, a roof terrace, and a restaurant.
My role in this project involved the development and documentation of interior architecture and design, finish and plumbing selections, alongside the selection, specification, and procurement of all furniture and custom lighting.
